Aceste condi\u021bii se aplic\u0103 indiferent de legea care guverneaz\u0103 rela\u021bia de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n<p>Aceasta include mai multe aspecte, cum ar fi remunera\u021bia, programul de lucru, orele suplimentare, s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u0219i siguran\u021ba la locul de munc\u0103 \u0219i neparticiparea. Aceste prevederi au ca scop asigurarea faptului c\u0103 angaja\u021bii deta\u0219a\u021bi nu sunt dezavantaja\u021bi \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te condi\u021biile lor de lucru \u00een timpul lucrului \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate. angajator trimite un angajat s\u0103 lucreze \u00eentr-o alt\u0103 \u021bar\u0103, trebuie s\u0103 preg\u0103teasc\u0103 un act adi\u021bional care s\u0103 detalieze condi\u021biile deta\u0219\u0103rii. Acest act adi\u021bional include mai multe componente cheie, printre care drepturile angajatului la remunera\u021bie \u00een conformitate cu legile \u021b\u0103rii gazd\u0103, suma total\u0103 a remunera\u021biei acordate pe perioada deta\u0219\u0103rii \u0219i eventualele indemniza\u021bii sau cheltuieli care trebuie rambursate.
