Aceste actualiz\u0103ri, conform Legii nr. 28\/2024 \u0219i Ordonan\u021bei de Urgen\u021b\u0103 nr. 25\/2024, introduc modific\u0103ri cheie menite s\u0103 asigure conformitatea \u0219i s\u0103 simplifice procesul de imigrare pentru persoanele fizice \u0219i companii.<\/p>\n\n<p>Principalele schimb\u0103ri \u00een Legisla\u021bia Rom\u00e2niei privind imigrarea:<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u00cenregistrarea la timp a Contractelor de Munc\u0103:<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Companiile trebuie s\u0103 \u00eenregistreze noile contracte de munc\u0103 \u00een termen de 15 zile lucr\u0103toare<\/strong> de la sosirea cet\u0103\u021benilor non-UE \u00een Rom\u00e2nia sau odat\u0103 cu ob\u021binerea unui nou permis de munc\u0103. Cerin\u021be minime de salarizare:<\/h2>\n\n<p>Angaja\u021bii trebuie acum s\u0103 c\u00e2\u0219tige <strong>cel pu\u021bin 1 x salariul brut lunar<\/strong>, \u00een timp ce angaja\u021bii \u00eenalt califica\u021bi trebuie s\u0103 \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 un prag mai ridicat. Aceast\u0103 schimbare \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 asigure o compensa\u021bie corect\u0103 \u0219i condi\u021bii de munc\u0103 adecvate pentru lucr\u0103torii migran\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Excep\u021bii \u0219i Op\u021biuni de Mobilitate pentru de\u021bin\u0103torii de Carte Albastr\u0103:<\/h2>\n\n<p>Cet\u0103\u021benii non-UE care de\u021bin o Carte Albastr\u0103 U.E. valid\u0103 emis\u0103 de un stat membru pot acum intra \u0219i r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u00een scopuri economice f\u0103r\u0103 a avea nevoie de un permis de munc\u0103, pe o perioad\u0103 de 90 de zile \u00een orice perioad\u0103 de 180 de zile. Aceast\u0103 prevedere permite o mai mare flexibilitate \u0219i mobilitate pentru persoanele eligibile \u00een cadrul U.E.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Obliga\u021bii Legale de Notificare:<\/h2>\n\n<p>Exist\u0103 acum cerin\u021be mai stricte de notificare pentru modific\u0103rile \u00een contractele de munc\u0103, detaliile personale \u0219i situa\u021biile de urgen\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00cendeplinirea acestor obliga\u021bii este crucial\u0103 pentru a evita poten\u021biale sanc\u021biuni financiare \u0219i pentru a asigura un proces de imigrare f\u0103r\u0103 probleme.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">a. Pentru Cet\u0103\u021benii non-U.E.:<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Anun\u021ba\u021bi Oficiul de Imigrare \u00ee<strong>n termen de 3 zile lucr\u0103toare<\/strong> cu privire la <strong>orice actualizare a contractului de munc\u0103<\/strong> (sanc\u021biune financiar\u0103: 400-800 RON).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raporta\u021bi modific\u0103rile precum <strong>pa\u0219aportul, c\u0103s\u0103toria, na\u0219terea sau decesul \u00een termen de 10 zile<\/strong>, la Oficiul de Imigrare din Rom\u00e2nia (sanc\u021biune financiar\u0103: 400-800 RON).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raporta\u021bi <strong>furtul sau pierderea pa\u0219aportului \u00een termen de 48 de ore<\/strong> la Sec\u021bia de Poli\u021bie local\u0103 (sanc\u021biune financiar\u0103: 400-800 RON).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To\u021bi cet\u0103\u021benii non-U.E. care intr\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia (cu excep\u021bia de\u021bin\u0103torilor de Carte de Reziden\u021b\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia) trebuie s\u0103 informeze Oficiul de Imigrare <strong>\u00een termen de 3 zile<\/strong> de la sosire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">b.
