One such subject is the Directive (2018/957/EU) referring to the process changes of the Global Mobility Industry within the EU, that was enforced starting from the 30th of July 2020. Furthermore, the EU decided that each country will prioritise their own set of laws, making it necessary for all players in the mobility industry to define different procedures for each country they are working with.

Andreea Gheorghe, our Senior Partner, Tax and Labour Law is one of Nestler’s greatest assets. With an experience of 14 years in the fiscal domain, her expertise in labour law coming from her experience of managing hundreds of employees as a Chief Financial Officer. Further, she decided a change of career and reorientated towards the Global Mobility industry, becoming a Regional Manager for Romania&Moldova for Nestlers Group – a performance she managed to obtain in just 3 years time.
