Immigration Specialist

If you have an eye for detail, can tackle legal issues and have a client-first mindset, and you know your English, then we want you in our team.

We’re looking for someone to coordinate the immigration processes of our clients (visas, work permits, residency permits), who knows how to work with Government departments in Romania, can easily juggle with legalizations, translations and certifications and is quick to keep our clients posted with the evolution of the process.

Relocation Consultant

If you have clean English, your communication skills go beyond cultural differences and can easily create a social cartography of cities and neighbourhoods, there’s a place for you in our team.

You will help expatriates find a new home, take them on city tours and house-hunting, find a fitting school for their children and help with their lease negotiation, utilities set-up, keep in touch with the landlord. Upon their departure, you will be responsible with the handover of their property, redirecting their mail and cancelling their bank account and utilities.

Tax Consultant

If you’re familiar with double taxation and shadow payroll, have English proficiency, are always up to date with economic issues and figures are right up your alley, we can’t wait to meet you!

We need someone who knows how to work with authorities’ representatives in Romania and can easily offer support with expatriates’ tax registration process and with obtaining their tax identification number.
